Train Services
As of now, Sikkim doesn’t have its railway station. However, the nearest railway station to Sikkim is New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP). NJP is 125 km away from Gangtok, the capital of Sikkim. You can easily get reservation and ticket facilities available on all working days from Sikkim Nationalized Transport office. You can also access plenty of transportation facilities outside NJP.
Road Services
The National Highway 31A is the lifeline of Sikkim, which connects Siliguri and other states with Sikkim. You can reach the gateway destination by car, bus, or any other mode of transportation of your choice.
